Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LFG Dubai website lfgdubai.com, our community runs, and our Sunday Bootcamp (together, the "Services"), operated by LFG Dubai ("LFG", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, booking a session, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book sessions, and take part in our activities. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are medically fit to take part in physical exercise.

The Services

LFG offers community runs and a paid group fitness Bootcamp. You can sign up for runs, book Bootcamp sessions individually or with prepaid credit packs, check in to sessions, and track your activity and points through your account.

Bookings, payments & pricing

• Single Bootcamp sessions and credit packs are sold at the prices shown on the booking page at the time of purchase. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorise the charge for the session or pack you selected.
• Booking a session spends one credit (or charges the single-session price). A confirmed booking reserves your spot for that session.
• Credit packs are valid for the validity period shown at purchase. Credits expire at the end of that period and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel a Bootcamp booking from your account up to 8:00 AM Dubai time on the day of the session, and the credit used will be returned to your account. Cancellations after that cut-off, and no-shows, are not refunded. Single-session payments and credit packs are otherwise non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If we cancel a session, you will not be charged and any credit used will be returned.

Health, fitness & assumption of risk

Code of conduct

You agree to treat coaches, members, venues, and partners with respect, to follow coach instructions and venue rules, and not to behave in a way that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive. We may refuse service, cancel a booking, or suspend an account for conduct that breaches these Terms, without refund where appropriate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your account, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services, or use them for any unlawful purpose. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional messages (such as booking confirmations, login links, and reminders) by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by LFG or our partners and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and LFG's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
