This Privacy Policy explains how LFG Dubai ("LFG", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website lfgdubai.com, sign up for our runs, book our Sunday Bootcamp, or otherwise interact with our services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account & profile details you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, date of birth, nationality, occupation, fitness level, Instagram handle, and how you heard about us.
• Google sign-in data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from your Google Account, used only to create and access your LFG account. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google data.
• Activity data: your run sign-ups, bootcamp bookings, attendance check-ins, session credits, and leaderboard points.
• Payment data: when you purchase a session or credit pack, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, status, date) but we do not store your full card number — card details are handled directly by Stripe.
• Technical & usage data: basic, aggregated information such as page visits, device type, and referrer, used to understand and improve the site.

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• Process run sign-ups, bootcamp bookings, payments, credits, and attendance.
• Send you transactional messages: booking confirmations, login links, and reminders.
• Run the community leaderboard and points system.
• Contact you about sessions, schedule changes, and (where you've opted in) news and offers.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Services.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run LFG, under appropriate safeguards:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.
• Google — optional sign-in.
• GoHighLevel — customer relationship management and communications.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LFG, our members, or others.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. To make a request, email ahmed@lfgdubai.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of any material breach as required by law.

Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

LFG operates in the United Arab Emirates. Our service providers may process data in other countries. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in those locations, under appropriate protections.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
